How does delivery of my order work?

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that you have quality issues within the first 30 days of your purchase please let us know and we will either refund you or replace the item.

If you have a sizing issue (Big brains), aren’t wild about the colour you were gifted or have had a change of heart on style, we will gladly do an exchange within 7 days. Please note that if a courier is required for this exchange, these logistics and additional cost will be on your account.

How does the sizing of your headwear work?

All of our headwear items are a OSFM (One size fits most). Our Active Peaks and our Bucket Hats are a medium fit and are not suited for large heads. Our largest size is our Trucker Peak. If you require assistance with sizing, please get in touch with us.

Please note that there may be slight sizing differences between batches received from our supplier.

Where are Vocap’s products manufactured?

The majority of Vocap’s headwear products are sourced through a South African headwear supplier and are manufactured in China. Design and embroidery are done in Cape Town.

Our Surf Bucket Hats and Standard Bucket Hats are locally manufactured in South Africa.

We will be moving the manufacturing of various styles to South Africa in the coming months. Watch this space!
