We use The Courier Guy and Fastway for all national deliveries. We ship standard sized orders in Mielie Mailer courier bags. These bags are made from mielies and are 100% biodegradable.

Delivery and tracking numbers

Please ensure that your have clearly indicated the delivery address in full, included your cellphone number and, or the number of the person receiving the package as well as any special delivery notes. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your package via the relevant courier’s website.

Our courier services only operate during the week so be sure to exclude Saturdays and Sundays when making note of the below shipping options. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday will be dispatched on the earliest possible weekday.

National Shipping Options

Cape Town (R80)

Usually delivered within 24 hours.  

Nationwide – Major towns and their immediate surroundings (R90)

Delivered within 2 -3 days. 

Please note that if you select National Delivery but your address falls in an outlying area, your order may be amended to include the correct shipping cost. This will be communicated to you via email. 

Outlying Areas – Minor towns, farms and game farms (R130)

Delivered within 48-72 hours. Delivery may be delayed depending on location.
